Wedding Rings
These are my first commissioned wedding rings. They are made from silver, gold, and copper. It was my first time working with gold which was very nerve wracking because each try was $50 worth of gold. However, it was a very rewarding job despite the challenges because they were for friends and I got to be at the wedding ceremony.

Summertime!
Hi everyone! I know there hasn't been much activity on here for a long time. Sorry to anyone who has been checking. I am having a lovely Hornby summer with lots of beach time and getting to hang out with my family up here. I have been working on jewellery and am selling it at the market.
Anyway, this is just a wee update for any of you wondering what had happened to me.

The Butterfly Circus
This is a beautiful short film that won The Doorpost Film Project in 2009. You won't regret spending 20 minutes on this one.

Cookies
This is the stop motion animation that I did as my final project for my video class. It was a lot of fun to make and was my first experience recording sound effects.

Set Up Again
I am finally set up to play with silver again. I just bought a tumbler too so I can make things nice and shiny now. I am having fun playing with some new designs.

DSLR Cinema
For the past couple of days I have been absorbed in the creativeLIVE weekend workshop by Vincent Laforet on DSLR cinema. I am learning tons and having a lot of fun.
By the way, I am no longer in Halifax but back in BC on Hornby Island enjoying some down time and spending time with my family. This is where I will be for the summer and hopefully I will have some projects to post soon because I am excited to get going on some silversmithing, make some short films, and do more photography.
